Many people assume they are drinking enough water, but staying properly hydrated is an important part of supporting overall wellness.
While using the technology, we encourage following general daily hydration guidelines such as those published by the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine:
• Approximately 15 cups per day for men
• Approximately 11 cups per day for women
Individual needs may vary based on activity level, environment, and personal factors.
A Simple Hydration Check
One easy way to monitor hydration is by observing urine color:
• Clear to light yellow (straw-colored) typically indicates adequate hydration
• Darker yellow may suggest the need for increased water intake
If your urine appears darker than usual, consider increasing your water intake and rechecking later.

To become acclimated to the e-BOX, approach your routine with ease and consistency. Allow time for your body to adjust, and increase usage gradually.
Suggested Schedule
• Begin with two 15-minute sessions per day for the first few days
• Gradually increase each session by 5 minutes over time
• Work up to two 30-minute sessions per day
Important Reminders
• More is not always better—allow your body time to adjust
• Pay attention to how you feel and adjust your routine as needed
• Maintain a minimum of 6 hours between sessions
• Do not exceed two 30-minute sessions per day
Take this process at your own pace. Consistency over time may support a greater sense of balance and overall well-being.

Real Experience
Father. Husband. Mid-sixties.
For decades, I’ve been drawn to alternative approaches to supporting well-being and maintaining a sense of aliveness in both body and spirit. Staying active has always been important to me, even after experiencing physical setbacks earlier in life that changed how I moved and how I approached activity.
Over the years, I adapted. I stayed engaged, but with an awareness that things were different—that certain limitations were simply part of the journey.
When I was introduced to the e-BOX, I approached it with curiosity and consistency. I didn’t expect anything immediate, but I was open to the experience.
Over time, something began to shift.
I became more aware of my body—not in a dramatic way, but in a steady, grounded way. I felt more connected, more supported, and more confident in how I moved through my daily activities. There was a renewed sense of ease and engagement that I hadn’t felt in quite some time.
What stood out wasn’t just the physical awareness, but the return of enjoyment in the things I love—simple moments, movement, and being fully present.
Spiritually
My time using the e-BOX has also become part of my quiet, reflective practice. I often sit in prayer, allowing space for stillness and connection.
In those moments, I’ve experienced a deeper sense of calm, presence, and openness. It has supported a feeling of being grounded and centered—something that has become increasingly meaningful in this stage of life.
Everyday Life
Life today comes with many demands and constant stimulation. Finding ways to stay balanced, rested, and centered has become essential.
Through consistent use, I’ve found that incorporating the e-BOX into my routine has supported my overall sense of well-being. It has become one of the tools I turn to as part of maintaining balance—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
What I’ve gained is not a single moment of change, but a renewed sense of connection—to my body, to my daily life, and to the quiet moments that matter most.
For me, that is what aliveness truly means.

Response
Tim’s experience reflects a holistic journey—one that goes beyond physical awareness and extends into presence, purpose, and connection.
What stands out is not a single outcome, but the integration of multiple aspects of well-being: movement, reflection, and the ability to remain engaged in life with intention. These are often the quiet indicators of meaningful change—subtle, steady, and deeply personal.
His story highlights how consistency, openness, and supportive practices can contribute to a more balanced and connected way of living. It speaks to the idea that wellness is not a destination, but an ongoing relationship with how we care for ourselves each day.
