You have 60 days from the order's delivery date to return an item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping fees and a 5% restocking fee.

1-Year Manufacturing Warranty

The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
Tampering with the device will void the warranty.
Ensure you use a grounded power source—failure to do so may damage the power supply, which is not covered under the warranty.

Returns Process

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include on your package.

Return Conditions:
Items must be in their original unused condition, unless returning due to a manufacturer defect.

International orders are not eligible for returns.

Prepare the Package:
Use the original packaging (if available) and pack the item securely.

Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return, along with:

Email address
Order number

Send the Package:
Follow the instructions provided after contacting Customer Support to complete your return.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee in addition to shipping costs.

Broken Glass Repairs

If your device's glass breaks, the repair cost is $300, and you are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).
