  •      What makes Energy of Life different than other companies doing frequencies?    

         We believe that aliveness begins at the cellular level and that makes happier people.  All of our products are assembled in America.  Our frequency is unique and it totally honors the body. The body doesn't resist taking the energy in at all and there is no damage from the energy coming into the body.  Then your body takes over and begins to make a healthy cell.  Inside the cell is the mitochondra.  They are responsible for producing energy.  This technology gives the cells the energy so your body beings its journey back to alivessness .


  •      What are the companies hours of operation?  

     Our online store is available 24/7. Our customer support is available 9am-5pm CST Monday through Friday, but closed on the weekend and national holidays.    


  •      Do I need an account set up to purchase?    

     You do not need an account to purchase. Its only there if you would like to track your order.    


  •       Why is there a required waiver and release of liability through an acknowledged and accepted medical disclaimer?    

     This is to protect you and us while using the technology. Must be accepted before executing any purchase. Its very important to follow the instructions because you are using this at your own will.    


  •      Where Do I find My Order History?    

      Must have a login and can be found under order history once logged in.     


  •      Where Can I Find Tracking Information On My Orders?    

      Your tracking number will be in your email address once you purchase your product.    


  •      How Do I Contact Customer Support?     

      Customer Support information is listed at the bottom of the website; www.info@energy-of-life.com or 1-208-625-8338 call and leave a message   or text us. 24 hour response     


  •      Are there user instructions provided?   

      Yes, there are user guidelines provided with the e-Box. The information is also available on the energy-of-life website.   Always follow user instructions carefully.     


  •      How Can I Tell The Device Is On and Working?   

      The on/off button is located on back of the  e-box and simply depress the button. The ON button will illuminate when ON. The button will not illuminate   when off. Once on the unit has a run time of 30 minutes and turns off automatically. 


  •      What Is The Run Time and Why Do I Hear a Beep?        

      The run time session are maximum 30 minutes 2 times a day. There is an audible beep when the unit is turned on, @ 15 min, and ! 30 min end time. 


  •      Is there chance of being injured while using the e-Box?

      The e-Box is an electrical device. All   precautions must be taken, to maintain safe operations, like any electrical   device. Follow user guidelines precisely.     


  •      Does The Device Turn Itself Off?   

      It is set at a 30 minute timer and turns off   by itself for safety not to overuse. Over use, or to much of a good thing,   usually results in detoxing too fast, which is not a good thing.      



  •      I have a  medical question?

     We cannot provide specific medical advice. Your healthcare practitioners are the   best source for information. 


  •    Should I consult with my licensed health care practitioners before using the e-Box?  

     Yes, advise your licensed health care practitioners of your interest is using the e-Box micro current wellness device. Always consult and inform your licensed health practitioners. 


  •   Are there certain medical conditions that would prevent you from using the e-Box?  

     Yes, do not use if you have any Electrical Medical Implants, but always consult with your licensed medical practitioners, should you have questions, or need guidance.    


  • Should I consult with my licensed health practitioner before   using the e-Box? 

     Always consult your licensed physician, or   practitioner, on any changes within your wellness routines or wellness   conditions.    


  • What are he metabolic benefits of using the e-Box?  

     The e-Box supports increased levels of   energy (voltage), Energy is required to support the metabolic systems,   functions and overall performance, including the release of cellular toxins.    


  • Why Is Staying Hydrated So Important When Using The Technology? 

     The e-Box is supporting the body's ability to charge, which is analogous to a   standard car battery being charged. If the standard car battery does not have a sufficient amount of fluid it cannot hold or maintain the charge. If you are sufficiently hydrated, it helps the body remove and flush toxins through respiration, sweating, urinary and excretory processes. Very important that you stay within acceptabe hydration standards while using the e-Box. Always consult with your licensed healthcare practitioner for hydration guidance.   


  • Does This Technology Help You Detox?  

     Yes, the technology supports the body's energetic requirements for detoxing.    


  • How Do You Know If You Are Detoxing Too Fast, and What Do You Do?  

     Detoxing too fast may result in changes in your mood, energy levels, and some metabolic functions. Slow and steady gradual use, with love ease and grace, always recommended. Operate within the user guidelines, and do not exceed.    


  • If I am detoxing too fast, then what?  

     We recommend you back off on using the e-Box for a few days, to allow your body to acclimate to the microcurrent device.  Resume once you are feeling good again. Stay sufficiently hydrated.    


  • What Are The Various Ways People Detox?  

     Through their lungs, kidneys. liver, skin, mucus, bladder and excretory systems.    


  • How Do I know Why I am Detoxing?  

     Overtime you will begin to feel better   everyday as you move those toxins through your body. Timeline is different   for everyone. Always be gradual in use with love, ease and grace.    


  • How do I know the device is working, as I do not feel anything?  

     Simple test is outlined in the user   guidelines and instructions. The sensation can be different for everyone. It's energy delivery very gentle and it comes in on a frequency that the body   likes and absorbs. So again just check your box to be sure the tissue is dancing.   • Can I put this on my dog, cat, horse or other animals on the e-Box?   

     We are currently developing applications for pets and other animals. Look for those announcements soon! We don't recommend you deviate from user guide and instructions.    


  • Does weight or size of the person matter ? 

     Yes, refer to the charts listed on the direction page.   


  • Why am I feeling electricity in the cord?  

     Because the field runs on the outside of the cord.   


  • Is there a weight restriction?  

     Yes, see the recommendations chart on the user direction page   


  • How much water should I drink?  

     Go to the hydration section on the website.    


  • How do I know I’m getting enough water? 

     Generally speaking, when your urine is clear to lightly yellow in color your are hydrated. Darker color urine indicates you're likely dehydrated and need to more water.   


  • How do I know that this isn’t gonna increase the cell to make the cancer worse or another disease worse? 

     There is no evidence to suggest that microcurreent treatment increases the risk of cancer.   


  • Do I have to be on the e-Box the rest of my life or how does maintenance look and what does maintenance mean? 

     No, that’s totally up to you and what your desired aliveness level is. Mainteance could be every day or every other day depends on your body. No more than 2 times a day, 30 minutes, per day is recommended.   


  • Can I put my feet on the box?  

     Yes, but be careful not to stand on the device or place too much downward pressure as you will break the glass, which is not covered under Warranty. There will be repair costs assigned if the glass or case breaks by our service center.   


  • What’s the symbol inside of the box what does that mean?  

     It represents The Flower of Life geometric symbol. The flower of life is one of the most recognized symbols in the ancient and modern world, representing universal energy and connectedness.   


  • How do I know I’m using this box correctly? 

     Follow all prescribed user guidelines provided in the user manuals and pamphlets, also available on our website.   


  • Why don’t I feel anything and nothing seems to be changing after three weeks?  

     The energy is subtle. Ask your self if you feel progress in your overall   aliveness, feelings of joy, or improvements in energy or metabolic functions.   


  • How soon should I see a change? 

     Dependent on each and every person and each persons circumstances.   


  • What are the restrictions for using this box?  

     Reference the User Guide and Pamphlet. Carefully follow all user guidelines. Never use with electrical medical implants.    


  • What about if I have sleep apnea machine, tens unit machine  or a Beamer machine?  

     Microcurrent devices are safe. Do not use this machine while on the other machines. Use them separately.   


  • What if I have stents what if I’ve had bypass.  This is not an electrical implant and I would consult your physician. What if I have a pacemaker? 

     It is best to avoid microcurrents if you have any electronic implants. Be sure and check with your physician.   


  • What if I have a metal in my knee?  

     Non-electrical Orthopedic surgical implants don't represent a problem. Never use with an electrical medical implant. Always consult with your licensed health care practitioners.   


  • Can I put it on my children and if so, how how does that work?  

     Reference the recommended user guide chart by age/gender. Always consult with your

licensed health care practitioners.       


  

  • Can I travel via Air with my e-Box?

     We strongly recommend that when traveling by Air, pack the e-Box safely and securely in your check-in luggage, to avoid TSA (airport screeners) from inspecting and questioning what the device is. Saves time, lessens the hassles, which could result in the device being confiscated.

On short trips without check-in luggage, we suggest you may consider leaving the device at home. That being said, you can pack this in your carry-on luggage, but it will draw attention. Simply state to the TSA, that it is a personal wellness device.

  


  •      Where do I find Warranty, Returns and Service Information?

  •     Do You Require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?  

     Yes,   you must email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization. You   will be charged a 5% restocking fee.    


  •    How do I do a return?

I am a 67-year-old male.  In January of 2024 when I started on the e-BOX, I was a skeptic I had to admit!  I've always had a bald spot on the crown of my head and in October of 2024, I noticed significant improvement with hair actually growing back. I also had some kind of a growth on my right shoulder that was the size of an eraser on a pencil. They told me they could try and freeze it off if it started to change. Sometime in September of 2024, it fell off.  


Then I also had two toes on my right foot that had a fungus growing under the nails. After about 3 weeks on the e-BOX, the fungus started to disappear, and at 6 weeks, the fungus had disappeared.  I tried everything from apple cider vinegar to purchasing some antifungal from the store to things my Dr gave me.  None of those things did the trick.
