HYDRATION GUIDANCE

You agree to maintain appropriate hydration while using the product.

General hydration guidelines may include those published by the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (approximately 15 cups per day for men and 11 cups per day for women). Individual needs may vary.

Urine that is clear to light yellow is commonly used as a general indicator of hydration. Darker urine may suggest the need for increased water intake.

LEGAL TERMS

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

Any disputes arising from use of this product shall first be addressed through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Idaho law.
